Online foosball with friends

Foosball in the browser where your friends are at the same table from their own phones and laptops: open a table, send the link, and play up to 4 a side. Free, with nothing to install.

A table your friends join from their own phones

A foosball field is a room with a table in it. Whoever opens one sends the link, and everyone who opens that link is at the table, on whatever they opened it on: a phone held sideways, a laptop, a desktop. Up to 4 people play a side, and a new table plays first to 5 in 5 minutes.

The table has eight rods, four a side, with 1 man in goal, 3 in defence, 4 in midfield and 3 up front. The rods on a side are shared out among the people on it, so a side of one holds all four and a side of four holds one each.

Controls

The ball is never held: it rolls, and a man meets it or misses it. In 3D the camera stands behind your own goal; in 2D the table is seen from above.

Start a table

To try it now, open Foundry Foosball, the house table, which is always open. To play with your own friends, host a field from the world screen and choose foosball: hosting is free, and the room menu has the link to send. How to play has the rest.

Questions people ask

Can I play foosball online with friends on different devices?

Yes. Open a foosball field and send the link: everyone who opens it joins the same table from their own phone or computer, up to 4 people a side. There is no account and nothing to install.

How are the rods shared when there are several of us?

A side has four rods, and they are shared out among the people on it. Alone you hold all four; two people split them back and front, as doubles partners do; four hold one each.

How do I shoot?

Hold the kick button: your men draw back as the power fills, and they strike when you let go. A quick tap is a soft touch and a full hold a hard shot. Slide the rod as you let go to angle it.

Is it free?

Yes, to play and to host. The game is paid for by the advertising surfaces in its world, which sponsors bid for, not by players.
